NRM BUSINESS COACHING SERVICES
This is a bespoke service tailored to each client’s individual needs.
Typically the program comprises an introductory session so we can all decide whether NRM coaching is right for you. Following on from this session the majority of clients opt for a program of five sessions each session being approximately two hours in duration.
Subsequent sessions will explore background and establish objectives that are revisited throughout the program not least because they can change giving rise to new objectives. Liaising with stakeholders, including 360-degree feedback, personality type exercises and visualisation are all tools I use within my sessions.
Final sessions will focus on sustaining what has been achieved throughout the program and follow-up/check-in sessions can also be arranged. Many clients decide to opt for ongoing sessions for an indeterminate period or one-off sessions.
