NRM COACHING
EXECUTIVE BUSINESS COACHING
30 years experience in professional services and a track record of leadership both in executive (law) and
various non-executive roles has provided me with invaluable experience in unlocking potential and aligning organisations and people behind a common goal.
I’m a firm believer coaching should not be viewed as remedial, I focus on an individual’s strengths rather than their weaknesses, my style of coaching is direct but supportive, results-driven but empathetic.

YOUR POTENTIAL
Designing and implementing a program to bring more women through to leadership positions made me appreciate the difference coaching makes, both to those being coached and the organisation as a whole. That doesn’t mean just coaching women, supporting men fulfilling their vital role in this strategy, is every bit as important and rewarding as working with the women.
An important part of any coaching process is involving the wider team and stakeholders in achieving both the coachee’s goals and those of the business. Enabling coachees to deal with feedback is also key to the process.

My sessions are generally 25% talking and 75% listening. I play back and check with those I coach and, with their agreement, other relevant stakeholders to ensure I have understood all the concerns, challenges and issues – I’m quite comfortable with the odd period of silence too – not least as this often elicits further insights.
